In some cases, yes, there is a $250 change fee associated with doing this and it must be approved. There also could be fees involved if the package you chose is of more value.
You should receive a post event information letter and a link to a booking form. That is the only way we will accept reservation requests.
You will receive a confirmation and a booking agreement. Then the planner will reach back out to you about 60 days out (sometimes longer for international) to begin planning your arrival. If you have any needs/questions in the mean time, please reach your dedicated planner.
In many locations we have local concierge contacts who can help with the house, what to do there, suggest restaurants etc. There may be charges for some of these services. In other cases it is Alllison or Kayla that can help you with suggestions and general information regarding the destination.
No air, and most do not include any transportation. Check the details.
